As the manufacturer we offer the best price on all products and have the power to be flexible on the all important delivery dates. Our standard lead time is 1-3 weeks, however express delivery within five days of artwork approval is available on most products in our range.
Our production lead times are days not weeks, we are renowned for our on-time delivery record of high quality products.

- We produce state of the art, high resolution, dye sublimation printed umbrellas in house for limitless colour and design coverage.
- We can now create bespoke Vented, Square & Double Canopies here in the UK using any of our stock panel colours and add them to any of our stormproof frames.
- We distribute a wide selection of umbrellas including pre made styles for decorating with corporate or advertising branding. This includes our best sellers, the Budget Golf, Supervent, Supermini and a selection on traditional walking styles, along the Totes and Fulton Brands.
We can offer a choice of over 50 standard stock materials to sew into a truly bespoke standard canopy to screen print in house. We produce state of the art, hi-res, sublimation printed umbrella in house for limitless colour and design coverage.

2000
Founded on April Fools Day in the year two thousand (yes, we think it’s ironic too!)
The Umbrella Company was founded by Shawn Hassack, formerly a director and share holder of Creative Contracts, to specialise in the supply of umbrellas to the promotional distributer. Never going direct to an end user.
2002
Awarded 2nd Place in the Supplier of the Year from 4imprint.
The Umbrella Company were happy to runner up in the Supplier of the Year at the 4imprint awards for 2002.
2003
Awarded Gold Supplier of the Year from the PAGE catalogue group.
The Umbrella Company were pleased to be named Gold Supplier of the Year by PAGE Catalogue Group members in recofnition of a continous high standard of product, backed by an excellent attention to order detail and meeting of delivery schedules.
2004

The Umbrella Company were privelaged to be named Best Large Supplier for 2005 by Promota.
2006
Awarded Practical Product of the Year from Promota.
The Umbrella Company chosen as the Practical Product of the Year for 2006 by Promota.
2011
Moved into new, all encompasing premises to incorporate all deparments under one roof.
Whilst the move was only small in distance (just over the car park) the logistics involved were still massive but we successfully moved into our new building allowing us room to grow and flourish with a new level of control previously unseen at the company.

Recognised as a “Made in Sheffield” manufacturer and awarded the distinction of being able to display the Made in Sheffield mark on our products

The Umbrella Company were proud to be held in such high esteem from the members of Sourcing City and to be amongst such great company as part of the top 25 Specialist Suppliers of the Year.
